Wine broth flavored
Instructions
Heat the broth, add the cloves and bring to a boil.
In a bowl whisk the egg yolks with whisk, pour in the broth, add the warm wine, a pinch of cinnamon and grated nutmeg currently.
Serve immediately.
The accompanying wine: Colli Orientali Del Friuli Tocai DOC, Vernaccia Di San Gimignano DOCG, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC.

- 100 cl of broth
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 2 cloves
