Spring rolls
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of grated Parmesan cheese, 140 g of ricotta, 7 radishes, a bunch of watercress, 1 carrot, 20 g olive oil, salt and pepper.
Clean and wash the vegetables and keep them aside.
Divide the grated cheese into four parts; heat a non-stick pan with a diameter of 10 cm, put a piece of grit to form a disc, let brown slightly, peel it off with a spatula and wrap it around a cone-shaped stencil (those that are used to make cannoli).
Let it cool a few moments, then disconnect.
Chop the vegetables and place them in a bowl, combine the ricotta and olive oil and mix everything.
Cannoli filled with the mixture and serve.
