00562 SMALL PASTRIES of SPINACH and snails INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a box of frozen spinach and cheese, 12 small pastries of puff pastry, 12 snails, 100 g chopped shallots, 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 teaspoon anise alcohol.
Prepare spinach as described on the packaging.
Preheat oven to 160° fry the shallots in a little oil, add the garlic and snails and fiammeggiate all with the anise alcohol.
Heat the small pastries of pasta for one minute in the oven and fill each of them with spinach and a snail.
Serve in paper baking cups.
