Fingerfood: skewers of melon and watermelon
Instructions
Wash and dry the melon. Cut the cover and keep it aside for the presentation.
Delete the melon rind and watermelon and cut the flesh into dice. Place in a bowl and spray them with tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
Stick your melon and watermelon cubes on wooden skewers, alternating among them and with mint leaves.
Put the skewers on melon shell upside down, used as a base and serve.
