Two cheese puff pastries
Instructions
00700 PUFF PASTRY to TWO CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 25 g butter + one for the plate, 4 Sage leaves, 100 g of goat's cheese, 2 tablespoons Creme Fraiche thickens, 100 g feta cheese, an egg, 2 pinches of ground cinnamon, grated nutmeg, 4 sheets of pasta brick, salt and black pepper.
Heat the oven to 200° c and grease a baking plate; melt the butter soft focus and keep aside.
wash, dry and chop Sage.
In a bowl, mix the cream with goat cheese, feta and egg.
Add cinnamon, nutmeg, Sage, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.
Lay the sheets of pasta brick on a damp cloth; at the center of each sheet put a quarter of filling, close the package by folding the edges over the filling, first the right, then left, then the bottom finally folded the flap at the top.
Place the packets on the baking plate and decorate with the melted butter.
Bake for 10 minutes, the dough should be golden.
Served hot.
