Instructions

00725 STUFFED OLIVES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 36 extra pitted green olives, 100 g of fresh Goat Cheese, one tablespoon of capers in brine, drained, one clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 3 tablespoons flour, 2 eggs, 100 g of grated bread, oil for frying, 2 lemons, salt and pepper.

In a bowl mix the cheese with capers, crushed clove of garlic, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

Put the cream cheese in a pastry bag with a small spout; stuffed so thoroughly all the olives and place them a flat.

Pour into a bowl the flour in a bowl beat the eggs in another bowl pour the grated bread with the rest of the parsley.

Thus each olive passes in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.

Then arrange on a platter and let stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Half an hour before serving, heat plenty of oil for frying; Cook the stuffed olives in hot oil for about 3 minutes, manage to be gilded.

Place on a serving dish covered with a paper towel, and after cooking all olives, served in individual citoline accompanied with slices of lemon.
