Broth with royale to housewife
Instructions
Beat the eggs, add one tablespoon of flour and two of grated cheese, add salt and pepper.
Dilute the mixture with just enough milk to make a smooth cream.
Grease some fairly high-edged molds and pour in the cream.
Bake in a water bath for 12-15 minutes or until the mixture is firm.
Let cool, put, cut the royale to cubes.
Accompanying wines: Bianco Di Custoza DOC, Colli Martani Grechetto DOC, Castel Del Monte Bianco DOC.

- 100 cl of vegetable broth
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Butter
- Milk
- Little of salt
