Instructions

00294 PUFF PASTRY with SHRIMP INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 600 g of puff pastry, 2 egg yolks, 5 cl of milk, 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped shallots, 2 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 30 g butter, 800 g gambri rivers already cleaned and cooked, 10 cl dry white wine 4 tablespoons chopped dill, a pinch of flour, salt, black pepper.

Preheat oven to 240ø.

and cover two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry on work surface and lightly infarinatela.

Cut into 8 squares and arrange on the baking plates.

Beat the egg yolk with milk; then spennellatevi the puff pastry.

Infornatele and cook for about 10 minutes.

When cooked, place on individual plates.

In a pan with low sides, Brown to moderate flame for 5 minutes the crushed garlic and the shallots with olive oil and butter; Add salt and pepper.

Add the shrimp, wine, dill and stir thoroughly.

Continue cooking for about 2 minutes over high heat without ceasing to stir.

Pour the preparation of puff pastry and served piping hot.
