Spring salad with ham

00083 HAM with SPRING SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 350 g of shelled beans, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, a spoonful of sherry vinegar, 200 g of cherry tomatoes, 4 slices of Parma ham, a bunch of chives, some Nasturtium blossom, a spoonful of thyme, salt, pepper.
Rinse the beans under running water; time in boiling salted water and cook 7 minutes.
When cooked, drain in a colander, then pour into a bowl and drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them in two.
In a bowl pour the remaining oil, the vinegar, the Scissor kick and chives salt and pepper: beat with a fork.
Stir the beans, tomatoes, sprinkle with the thyme and stir gently.
Transferred in the slices of prosciutto crudo, accompanied with beans and tomatoes and garnished with flowers.
