Instructions

01058 CHICKEN and CABBAGE FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 chicken breast; nut 1; 1 egg white; cabbage leaves; 1 tablespoon of sultanas; Salt; Boil the cabbage leaves in boiling salted water.

Drain and lined with leaves of individual flan molds.

(The leaves should exit the mould edge); Chopped chicken breast, add to egg, place the nut and raisin previously put to soak, mix well.

Pour this mixture into each custard and cover with cabbage leaves.

Bake for about 40 minutes average.

Turn each flan on a plate when they are still warm.
