Instructions

01096 LENTIL FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 400 g of lentils, 200 ml tomato pulp, gelatin sheets, 5 1 ham bone, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots, 2 leeks, herbs, oregano, oil, salt and pepper, vinagretta, 100 ml of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 5 anchovy fillets, 1 hard-boiled egg, salt.

In a little oil browned onion and chopped garlic, add the leeks and carrots cut into small pieces, tomatoes, ham bone and lentils, sauté for a few minutes.

Pour a litre and a half of water, put herbs, oregano and cook until lentils are tender.

Remove the bone and herbs.

Dissolve the gelatin sheets in a little warm water then add them to the lentils.

Pour everything into a rectangular mold greased with oil, place in the refrigerator.

Serve the flan cut into slices and accompanied with vinagretta.

Vinagretta: chopped anchovies, add the oil and vinegar; When everything is well attached, add the boiled egg, grated and ground with salt if necessary.
