Instructions

4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 250 g flour, 2 eggs, 4 sprigs of parsley, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, salt.

For the filling: 200 g sliced ham, 10 g flour, an egg, a glass and 1/2 milk, 5 tablespoons grated Gruyere, 20 g of grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

For seasoning: a glass of cream, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and pepper.

Preparation: 60 minutes cooking time: 27 minutes 30 minutes: Remove the leaves from the sprigs of parsley, wash them and dry them.

Blend in Blender with 50 g of flour, pour into a bowl, add the other flour, eggs, salt and oil.

Knead with your hands or a fork, then pour the dough on the floured work surface and knock it briskly with your hands for 20 minutes in order to obtain a smooth and compact dough that does not stick to your hands.

Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

At rest, the dough is finished on the work surface, split it in pieces as large as an egg and passed every piece in the coffee machine for the dough to get the thin strips and wide by 10 to 13 cm.

Cut each strip into rectangles 6 cm wide.

Cut the slices of ham into rectangles slightly smaller than those of the dough.

Mix in a small pot from the bottom often Parmesan, Gruyere, eggs, salt and flour, add the boiling milk and stir well.

Put on the fire, flame mixed aq until the cheese is melted and stir until the eggs begin to stiffen (the mixture should be linked but soft); season with ground pepper.

Spread the mixture with a spatula on dough rectangles, lean over the rectangles of ham, roll up each rectangle along the longest side, forming rolls 10-13 cm tall.

Cut each roll in height in order to obtain from each two smaller rolls.

Heat the oven to 150ø.

Grease a baking dish to bring to the table, place the rolls in baking dish (spreading with fingers on top of the rolls in order to open them in the shape of a flower), close to each other.

Pour the cream, milk, parmesan cheese in a saucepan, melt the cheese sweet flame, flavored with ground pepper and pour over the pasta.

Cover the pan with a sheet of aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Serve.
