Instructions
Beat the egg in a bowl and add the hot milk, salt necessary, ground white pepper and a rub of nutmeg.
Pass the mixture through a fine sieve, collecting the proceeds in the same mixing bowl, and add the grated cheese.
Transfer the mixture into a buttered baking dish, forming a thick layer about 1 cm, and let it bake in hot oven (130 degrees) in a water bath to 45-50 minutes.
Let cool in dish preparation, and then reflect on the work surface and cut it into cubes, or in different forms using shaped punches.
The boiling broth and distributed the prepared cubes into eight plates and serve immediately.
