Tartlet of cod and mussels

PATTY 01533 cod and MUSSELS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of cod fillet, 1 kg of mussels, 1 pack of cream, 100 ml of dry white wine, 75 g butter, 1 small box of mayonnaise, 2 large leeks, parsley, 1 onion, salt, white pepper.
