Barley broth and cabbage
Instructions
Wash the barley and cook for 90 minutes in salted water.
Cut the cabbage into strips washed; blend the smells; blow them up slightly with the oil and garlic; combine peeled and diced tomatoes and cabbage, pour the broth and cook for 1 hour.
Go to mixer and put on fire.
Combine the barley, Bake 15 minutes; drizzle with parsley and raw oil.

- 160 g of barley
- 1 small savoy cabbage
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 150 cl of vegetable broth
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Unrefined sea salt
- Chopped parsley
