Instructions

the FOI GRAS TERRINE 01016 INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of foi gras; 6 slices cooked ham; 6 slices of pineapple; 1 package of flaked patète; 25 g butter; Salt; Take a rectangular mold and foderatelo with the slices of cooked ham minding that come out from the edge of the same.

Prepare the mashed potatoes with half a liter of water, butter and a tablespoon of salt.

Mix with the foi gras and pour it into the mold.

Put on top of the pineapple slices and cover with the ham that comes out from the mold.

Bake in oven for 30 minutes, then turn the mold over a bowl when it is still hot.
