Instructions

Fry over low heat, in a little oil with the bay leaf and thyme, season with salt and pepper, Cook for 25 to 30 minutes to thicken the sauce.

Prepare a white sauce with butter, flour and milk, then season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix it with the tomato sauce.

When it is lukewarm, add the egg yolks, mix well and finally incorporate the egg whites.

Pour the mixture into four molds from flan or soufflé (buttered) and cook in the oven, at room temperature, for 25 minutes.

Serve immediately.
