Instructions

When you buy your fish ask your shopkeeper.

In a saucepan bring to a boil the water with half a glass of wine, vegetables and smells and let simmer for half an hour.

Then soak the fish and cook slowly for 20 minutes.

Remove the fish, pass the soup through strainer mashing vegetables with a ladle and, later, if you want to make it more clear, strain it through a cloth soaked and squeezed.

No wine because this soup is supportive to other recipes.
