Mess of omelets

01091 OMELETTE PIE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 8 eggs; 5 patète; 1 package of frozen spinach; 50 g of grated cheese; 1 can of tomato sauce; 1 spring onion; parsley, thyme and oregano; oil; salt and pepper.
Fry over low heat, with the lid, the patète cut edges.
Drain, add salt and when done with 4 beaten eggs, pepatè.
Prepare a round tortilla and place in a baking dish from the oven.
In the same Pan sauté the grated onion, add spinach, without thaws them, and when they have absorbed all the water we have available salted and sprinkled with chopped herbs.
Stir the spinach with the rest of the eggs and formed a round omelette.
Place above the patète omelette and cover with hot tomato sauce, sprinkled with cheese and baked au gratin.
