Seafood flan, spinach and mushrooms

01113 FISH FLAN with SPINACH and mushrooms INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 4 fillets of sole, 150 g 150 g of spinach, mushrooms, 200 ml of cream, 4 cheese, 2 eggs, butter, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice, lined with the buttered flan moulds.
Cook the spinach in salted water, drain well and impastateli with cheese and eggs, salt and pepper.
Fill the molds and bake in the oven, Bain-Marie, for about 30 minutes.
Clean the mushrooms and slice them up and saute it for a few minutes in a little oil.
Pour the cream and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Blend everything together and cover the fish flan.
