Rice broth with pumpkin
Instructions
Prepare a broth by boiling for one hour, 300 g of water, a slice of pumpkin, cut into pieces.
Dilute in 180 g of broth 2 tablespoons of cream of rice precooked.
Add the pumpkin sieved, a teaspoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese.
