Instructions

Prepare a meat broth rather restricted, let it cool and grease free by passing it to fine mesh strainer.

Chop some basil leaves, a sprig of Chervil and parsley, one of four mint leaves and a little thyme, gather it all in a bowl and pour over the boiling broth.

Adjust the salt in moderation.

Leave to infuse for at least 2 hours.

Pass the soup through a strainer, Cook and then serve in mug.
