Instructions

01183 LENTIL and PEA FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of cooked lentils, peas extra fine packaging, 50 g ham, an onion, a pack of cream, 2 cloves of garlic, oregano, 3 eggs, butter, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Golden brown the chopped onion with a little oil, add the chopped ham into slices, peas and cook everything together for one minute.

Browned slightly chopped garlic with a little oil, add the lentils and cook over low heat for one minute, sprinkle with oregano and season with salt and pepper.

Beat the eggs, mischiatele with cream, seasoned with salt and pepper.

Place the peas in the bottom of a mold off lined with paper and sprinkle with butter, place on top of lentils and pour the eggs.

Cook in the oven in a Bain-Marie and be firm (45 minutes cooking).

When cooked, remove the flan mold while still warm, you can serve it with sauce or tomato sauce.
