Instructions
In a bowl, pour a cup of warm broth, beaten eggs, bread crumbs, parsley and grated pecorino cheese and stir well.
Boil the remaining broth, add, stirring with wooden spoon the mixture and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Served piping hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 cl of meat broth
- 4 eggs
- 60 g of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 60 g of grated pecorino cheese
