Instructions

01029 VEGETABLE FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 bunch leeks; 1 package of cream; 200 g green beans, 200 g of mushrooms, 25 g butter, 1 cup of tomato sauce 6 eggs; 4 carrots, 1 lemon, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin strips, spray them with lemon juice and toss them in butter.

Peel the carrots and leeks and prepare the green beans for cooking.
