Shrimp and potato flan

01054 PRAWN and potato FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg of prawns, 12 cloves of garlic tender, 1 package of flaked patète; 4 eggs, 80 g of butter, 1/4 of a litre of milk, oil, salt.
Prepare the mashed potatoes with 1/4 of a litre of water, milk and butter, and half a tablespoon of salt.
Fry the shrimp in a little oil, then remove and peel cut into pieces, hold aside.
In the same oil used for Golden garlic shrimp, cut into pieces, then drain well.
Beat the eggs, flavour with salt and add the shrimp and garlic.
Incorporate the rest of the butter, stirring continuously, aggregate the mashed and put the mixture into a mold by Crown.
Served cold and Crown with mayonnaise sauce.
