Meat and spinach flan

01042 meat and SPINACH FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 50 g of frozen spinach; 50 g of veal minced meat; 1 egg; 1 slice of ham matured; half an onion; oil; and salt and pepper; Boiled spinach with salted water, drain and keep aside.
In a little oil fry the chopped onion, add the meat sliced ham and cook for a few minutes.
Add chopped spinach and add salt, pepatè then let cool.
Stir the dough with the beaten egg then pour into a mold from individual buttered flan and cook for 15 minutes.
