Ham and leek flan

01085 ham and LEEK FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 leeks; 1 egg; 1 slice of ham; 1 tablespoon margarine; salt and pepper; milk; Saute the leeks, cut into very fine slices in margarine, very slow focus.
Add the sliced ham and golden for a few minutes at most.
Ground salt, if needed and pepatè.
Beat the egg, add a tablespoon of milk and previous preparation.
Pour into individual molds from flan, previously anointed with margarine and Cook, in a water bath for 15 minutes.
You can serve the flan with bechamel sauce.
