Instructions

02182 SEITAN to the East (with rice pilaf) 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 4 slices of grilled seitan skinned almonds 20 a handful of raisins 150 cc of cream 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons curry powder salt and pepper PROCEDURE Do soften the raisins in water.

Cut the seitan strips and spolveratelo with the curry.

heat the oil and fry the seitan for a few minutes.

Now add the cream and, if necessary, 2 tablespoons of water.

Simmer for 3 minutes, then stir the raisins well squeezed and almonds.

Let stand for a minute, adjust salt and pepper and serve.
