RISOTTO with BEANS 2
Instructions
FAVA BEAN RISOTTO 02189 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 300 g of rice, 200 g of baccala salt-free, 200 g of beans, 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 onion, fish broth, bay leaf, salt, oil.
Scalded PROCEDURE the beans in salted water, drain.
Saute chopped onion in 6 tablespoons oil, when it starts to take United colour the beans, baccala, the rice and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, the Laurel and the hot broth (2 1/2 times, about the size of rice) and salted.
Cook for 15 minutes over high heat, remove from heat and let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
