Cut the pepper into squares, scalded tomatoes then Peel and cut the check. Stir the rice with lentils. Make a vinagretta with the oil, vinegar, chopped nuts, mustard and chopped onion, add the capers and the boiled egg, mix well and pour over the rice and lentils.
