Instructions

STUFFED FISH 03799 STAR (FISH RAVIOLI) INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE the egg noodles.

For the filling: 300 g of chopped fish (sea bass, hake or COD), 30 g of olive oil, 70 g of spinach, thawed 1/2 shallot, 1 clove of garlic, 1 whole egg, salt, pepper.

For the gravy: 350 g of courgette, 100 g of olive oil, 1/2 glass of water, 1/2 shallot, parsley, salt, pepper.

Prepare the egg pasta and put it aside.

Finely chop the shallots and garlic and pour in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil and saute for 3 minutes.

Add the finely chopped fish pulp and mix the ingredients for a few minutes.

Add spinach thawed and squeezed and then season again for 2-3 minutes.
