Tortellini primavera
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4-5 PERSONS 500 g tortellini luxury; 50 g butter; 150 g of cream; 2 courgettes; 1 carrot; 1 sachet of Saffron; salt and pepper; Cut the zucchini and carrot sticks.
In a saucepan melt the butter and gently saute the vegetables.
Add the cream and saffron diluted in a little water.
Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce becomes smooth.
Cook the tortellini for 8 minutes, drain and toss with the sauce and a pinch of pepper.
