Twins with spinach

03522 PASTA with SPINACH SERVES 4 PEOPLE 300 g fusilli pasta type, 130 g of boiled spinach, 50 g cooked ham in one slice, 1/2 onion, olive oil, milk, potato flour, nutmeg, grated Parmesan cheese, salt.
Saute chopped onion PROCEDURE in 5 tablespoons oil, without browned.
Add finely chopped spinach and diced ham.
Let them wilt, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Add 250 g of boiling milk and flavored with grated nutmeg.
Season with salt.
Stir while on medium heat; then pour in a tablespoon of starch, stamperata in 3 tablespoons water, to thicken.
Cook fusilli in boiling salted water, drain and pour into the saucepan where rests the spinach sauce.
Stir 1 minute, then serve them after they have been dusted with grated Parmesan.
