Instructions

03613 SPAGHETTI with ASPARAGUS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 350 g spaghetti, a bunch of asparagus, 150 g of fresh cream, 50 g butter, 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Clean the asparagus, wash them and cut them into pieces of about 3 cm.

Cook to al dente keeping them steam, then pour in the butter spumeggiantee let them stand for about 10 minutes, stirring gently.

Pour the cream; After a few minutes remove from heat, season with salt and pepper.

Lesaate spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, toss with asparagus sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.

Serve.
