Spaghetti with peppers

03630 SPAGHETTI with peppers/CARRE ' STRIP ingredients: 320 g spaghetti, 50 g of fresh bacon, 60 g of fresh sausage, peppers, 2 a small onion, 200 g of tomatoes, 2 tablespoons dry white wine 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons oil, salt, black pepper.
Put to boil water for pasta.
Slice the onion, cut into small cubes, Bacon strips, cut the peppers and remove the skin of the sausage.
In a saucepan pour the oil and fry the onion.
Add the bacon and the chopped sausage.
Take 5 minutes to Brown, sprinkle with wine, then add the pepper strips and peeled tomatoes drained from their liquid.
Add salt and simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Boil and drain spaghetti al dente; pour into a bowl and toss with the sauce ready, grana cheese and freshly ground black pepper.
Stir thoroughly to mix well and serve.
