Instructions

STRAW and hay 03863 AL GREEN CAULIFLOWER INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 grams of green cauliflower tops, 90 g of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 2 salted anchovies, 1 chilli, 50 cc of wine, salt, sheep cheese to taste.

After bones removed and rinsed anchovies, washed and prepared the tops of cauliflower, put in a pan with oil, garlic and chilli and FRY for 3 minutes.

Add the cauliflower, anchovies and wine and simmer for 25 minutes.

At the end add salt and pasta, stirring gently.

Serve sprinkled with pecorino.
