Instructions

03537 SPAGHETTI with GREEN BEANS INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 200 g of green beans, 200 g of tomatoes, 300 g spaghetti, 100 g cacioricotta, 1 sprig of parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 glass of white wine, olive oil, garlic and salt.

PROCESS tomatoes, washed and heat in boiling water, Peel, seed and slice give them coarsely.

Let them FRY in 3/4 tablespoons of oil with a clove of chopped garlic, parsley leaves and 4/5 basil leaves chopped.

Add the white wine, lower the heat and let it evaporate.

Check and wash the beans and boil them in salted water.

When they are nearly cooked, then lift the boil and add the spaghetti, which cuocerete al dente.

Drain the spaghetti and beans together and pour into the pan with the tomato sauce.

Stir half of cacioricotta and stir carefully because the pasta marinate evenly.

Transfer the spaghetti so prepared on individual plates, preferably preheated, and serve garnished with a few basil, letters with the remaining cacioricotta and accompanying with the grated Parmesan, each diner will use.
