Fusilli pasta and meatballs

03853 FUSILLI and MEATBALLS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 150 g Minced pork loin, 150 g of chopped beef, 2 eggs, 50 g of bread, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 sprig of basil, 20 g of Parmesan cheese, 30 g of smoked provola, 400 g tomato sauce, 100 g of olive oil 1 small onion, flour, salt, pepper.
Chop the bread, parsley, cheese, meat, add the eggs, a little salt, pepper and mix well for a few seconds.
With the mixture obtained make tiny meatballs and flour them.
In a pan put the oil, onion and sauté for 3 minutes; Add the tomato sauce, 50 cc of water, basil, salt, add the meatballs and cook for about 30 minutes.
Drain the fusilli, pour in a bowl and toss with meatballs and sauce.
Spolverizzateli with freshly ground pepper and garnish with a few leaves of fresh basil.
