Shells with ricotta and sage
Instructions
2_03206 SHELLS with RICOTTA and Sage INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 320 g shells, 200 g of fresh ricotta cheese, 30 g of salt, a sprig of Sage, chilli.
Bring to a boil 3 l of water, salted with coarse salt and pour the shells; stir and cook for the time recommended on the package.
Drain the pasta and put it in a salad bowl.
Add the fresh ricotta, previously dissolved in a few tablespoons of cooking water, and stir well.
Add the Sage leaves and chop the chilli.
