Instructions

2_03112 SFOGLIATELLE SPAGHETTI with HAM and spinach INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g of frozen spinach and cheese, 6 slices of prosciutto, 250 g of thin spaghetti, olive oil, 150 g mushrooms? of ferula? (orecchiette), 50 g shallots.

Prepare spinach as directed on the box cook spaghetti al dente and cook again, gathered into rings of 8 cm in diameter, in olive oil, without making them darken too.

Preheat oven to 160ø.

Cut the mushrooms and cook them in olive oil with chopped shallots.

Cut the ham into thin slices.

In a saucepan, place the rings of cooked spinach spaghetti, Chilblains mixed with ham, add another thin layer of spinach, ham and mushrooms then.

Cover the whole thing with spaghetti rings.

Heat the dish in the oven for about 7 minutes and serve immediately.
