Bruschetta with capers
Instructions
Mince the anchovies with capers.
In a bowl, put the egg yolks, chopped, cheese and mix well.
Coarsely chop the olives.
Spread the bread with the cream of capers and sprinkle pieces of olives.
Bake in hot oven at 220 degrees for 5-8 minutes, until the chicken has cooked.
Serve warm bruschetta.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of apulian bread
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese
- 2 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 4 pitted black olives
