Instructions

03737 SPAGHETTI with ROSEMARY INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 320 g spaghetti, 500 g of peeled tomatoes, 1 garlic clove, dry 1peperoncino, 2 sprigs of Rosemary, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt.

Wash Rosemary, dry and finely tritatene needles with the clove of garlic.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the Rosemary; Add the chopped peeled tomatoes with a fork and bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally; Add the salt and pepper sbricciolato.

Cook in salted water, drain the pasta and dress with the sauce and serve.
