Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 400 g ziti, 600 g of mixed vegetables (cabbage, potatoes, turnips, carrots, Zucchini), 150 g Gruyere, 1 sprig of Rosemary, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Peel vegetables and cut them into chunks.

Put them in a saucepan to very tall, spacious and filled with water.

Put on the heat and bring to a boil.

When the water starts to boil, add salt, lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

At the end of time, add the ziti broken and cook for 11 minutes.

Drain the pasta and vegetables, put back in the saucepan and add the chopped cheese, Rosemary and olive oil.
