Ziti alla valtellinese
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 400 g ziti, 600 g of mixed vegetables (cabbage, potatoes, turnips, carrots, Zucchini), 150 g Gruyere, 1 sprig of Rosemary, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Peel vegetables and cut them into chunks.
