Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 50 g gorgonzola, Parmesan 100 g, 50 g, 100 g fontina cheese, 100 g cream, 500 g penne, salt and freshly ground pepper.
Whip out the cheeses from the refrigerator an hour before starting the preparation.
Chopped In a salad bowl the grated parmigiano, gorgonzola, pecorino and fontina cheese, add the creme fraiche, pepper and stir.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, following the directions on the package.
Drain and pour immediately into the Bowl on cheeses.
Stir vigorously and serve immediately.
