Instructions

2_03197 NOODLES with MUSHROOMS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g mushrooms, one shallot, 250 g of tagliatelle with mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 25 g butter, 2 tablespoons Creme Fraiche, 40 g of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons chopped chives, salt and pepper.

Clean the mushrooms and cut the larger two or four parts.

Peel and mince the shallots.

Cook the noodles in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package.

In a pan, then soften in the oil, a high flame, shallots and mushrooms until they released all their water.

Drain the noodles, mix in a pan with salt, pepper, butter, cream and half the Parmesan.

Stir to mix well the noodles with whipped cream, garnish with chives and serve immediately accompanying with the rest of the Parmesan separately.
