PASTA with WALNUTS 2

03777 WALNUT PASTA INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g of pipe rigate, Walnut kernels 10, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/2 cup of vegetable broth, 2 sprigs of Rosemary, 1 pinch of tarragon, 2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, salt.
PROCEDURE remove the skin to walnuts and chop them finely.
Wash, dry and mince the Rosemary.
Make toast the flour into the oil and add the Rosemary, chopped walnuts, 1 pinch of salt, tarragon and 1 1/2 cup of vegetable stock.
Cook at low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Meanwhile Cook the pipe rigate in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and season with Walnut Sauce.
Mix well and serve hot.
