Penne salad with tuna

03558 PENS IN a SALAD with TUNA INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 200 g penne rigate, 1 tin of tuna in oil, 125 g mushrooms, 50 g of black olives, 2 tomatoes, 2 eggs, 1 lemon, salt.
For the sauce: 8 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 tablespoons of vinegar, scallion, 1 piece 1 fresh mint leaves.
CASE clean the mushrooms, slice them up in thin sheets and spray them with lemon juice, cut the tomatoes and eggs into pieces, drained and chopped tuna.
Cook the pasta in salted water, drain, pass under cold water, mix with mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, olives and tuna.
