CREAM of SPINACH 2

04426 SPINACH CREAM INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 800 g spinach, 200 g of potatoes, leek, 60 g butter, one liter of vegetable broth, 100 g of fresh cream, 100 g grated Grana Padano cheese, salt, pepper.
Peel and wash repeatedly under running water spinach then drain and tagliuzzateli.
Peel and wash the leek and cut into rings.
In a Pan fry the leek with the butter, stir well and just mentions to wither add spinach.
Mix well and let Cook for about 5 minutes on low heat.
