04497 PUMPKIN CREAM INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of pumpkin, 200 g of potatoes, onion, ó l of vegetable or meat broth, a dl cream, Parmesan flakes, 20 g butter, salt.
Pour the broth in a saucepan and bring it to a boil on the stove.
Peel and cut squash into pieces, onion and potatoes; pour into a container suitable for microwaves, join the butter, salted lightly and without coperchiare, let it bake in the oven at full power for 3 minutes.
Add the broth, stir, coperchiate and continue cooking for 12 minutes or until the pumpkin is tender.
Let stand for 2 minutes, then move to a ricer, collecting it in a soup-tureen.
Iron the paper back into the oven without coperchiarla and cook for a minute, then add the cream, add salt, mix, let stand for 2 minutes, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve.
